Hello Jenna, Steph from Qwest here,

I'm sorry to hear about your phone service issue and that you couldn't get more assistance when you called. If you still need help, please email me at talktous@qwest.com with your bill phone number, bill address and best contact number and I will have a repair specialist get in touch with you. I can't guarantee that they will help you order pizza but I do believe they will make it possible to do so from your landline!
