but, then, i'm not a serious blogger. who do i think i am making all the grandparents adjust to yet ANOTHER site to get their fix to see new pics of the grandkids???
are there any opinions out there?
(By the way, Miles is singing, "It came upon a Midnight clear, that I should drink some beer.")

My first blog was Wordpress. But I didn't get it. My husband loves it, and I love the look of it. But it's over my head.
Oh and that's the 2nd reference to beer on your blog. What's up with that? :)
Wow, what an impression Miles parents are placing on that poor child. I think we might need some type of intervention.
i drink approximately one beer every two weeks to a month. usually Blue Moon. it's good. we can talk about it. is there such a thing as an intervention for legalism?
I now see Miles equivocation between "Blue Moon and Beer" with "Midnight Clear and Beer".
That's hysterical! HAHAHA!
(btw, I hope that you know my previous comment was a joke. Your witty come back seemed pointed. Sorry if I made it seem any other way than silly.)
it was. and you are officially forgiven. and i'm laughing at myself again....but that's because i'm wasted...a-and the hilarity ensues...a-a-and scene!
The only reason I do Wordpress is because Abraham figured it out first and gave me a crash course. If he would have figured out blogger first, I'd be doing that. :-)
But my template is used by a lot of other people. Oh well.
And Miles cracks me up.
I do know that wordpress doesn't let you mess with as much stuff as blogger... unless you host your own site. And now I don't know what I'm talking about. But I know it's harder to put a picture in the header.. only certain templates allow that.
Matt has a wordpress blog he's trying to figure out, but it's confusing. We're working on it. :)
Oh, and WHAT is that beauty of a machine in your picture!?? Is that... gulp... YOURS??!!
What will happen to our friendship. Woe is me... you will have no need for me anymore...
Okay...
Molly, thanks for your two cents. I thought that all wordpress sites were like fingerprints...no two alike. I'm thinking my husband will not be helping me...but he doesn't belong to a band of bloggers either...
Jenny, thanks also for your two cents. That's right. You've been fiddling with wordpress and it sounds like it's just not as easy as Blogger.
Okay, the temptation is subsiding.
oh. and Jenny. No. that is my sister's Nespresso machine. and her granite countertops as well.
