Do you consider yourself a native of a certain city if you spent most of your life there or if you were born there? Which is it?
I consider myself a St. Louis native, but I spent the first six years of my life in Florida.
BTW, there's a LOT of potential for "stupid question" to become a recurring post, but I'm not going to commit. We'll just see...

That is a REALLY good question...not stupid...I think it has more to do with what you personally claim as your roots. You were born in FL but your roots are in St. Louis...therefore, you ARE a St. Louis native. I am hoping today was a better day for you. By the sounds of your breakfast, I'd say you got a good start. ;) You needed an egg.
Not a stupid question at all. I struggle with this question too. I say, "New Mexico," because I feel like that place had the most influence on who I am. But I have spent equal time in Montana and now, Minnesota. So, really I don't know where I'm from.
