confession # 19 - what's the word?

When titling the last post, I didn't want to use the word "activities".

But, I didn't know if it was "pass times" or "past times".

Which one is correct?

(This reminds me of the birthday card Sarah sent me a few years back. On the front two old ladies are sitting on a park bench and it one asks, "Is it buck naked or butt naked?")

I still feel pretty strongly that it is buck naked. It would make more sense for it to be "butt"...I've just always heard "buck." By far, still the funniest card I've ever found.

Very informative...and good to know about "pastime".

Here's another one I've seen confused.
Intents and purposes, mis-spelled as intensive purposes. Haha! Gives it a whole new meaning, right?
