if i've said it once, i've said it a hundred times...

I am not a shopper. I'm lost when it comes to getting "just the right gift".

I've procrastinated Christmas shopping thus far, because...I've said this countless times...

One hour at the mall--or any shopping establishment--gives me the same feeling as if I've donated a pint of blood.

Can anyone relate???

I prefer to discover a gift that is just right for each friend or family member over the year. An accidental type of shopping vs. the conquer and hoard Christmas surge at the mall. The only problem is that I get so excited, I can't wait until Christmas to give the gift. So I'm back to aimlessly wandering the mall looking for something to wrap and give on Dec 25th each year. The extra books from the DG Conference will be helping me fill the void for a few nieces and nephews.

i basically imagine hell to be a mega mall.

I'm laughing so hard at the above comment....I'd love to do what "adoption road" does and sometimes that happens. OR I'll think of or see the item and at least right it down so when Christmas comes I'm not drawing blanks on what to get. It IS totally overwhelming.

AND YOU HAIR....so adorable. I wish I could watch it swing. It looks so light and good with your face!! And if you'd like me to, I'll send you a picture of my short short BOY short hair...your hair is TONS longer than mine was at it's shortest point. I'm not posting it...but I will email it to you sometime.

That's funny i just got mine cut this afternoon.A bob, yours is shorter, mine ends at the chin. You are braver then me, it's adorable. My stylist said she would like me to go a little shorter...baby steps for me. Mine has much more body when it's short, I don't think you have a body problem with yours though, it looks good any length.

Jenna,

Shopping so overwhelms me that I am the "sailor" you talked about when you're sleep-deprived! I finally shipped the last of my gifts to out-of-town relatives this week and I was so tired of shopping, school parties, etc. that I put NO protective bubble wrap or peanuts in the packages and the post office guy kept asking - "Are you sure this is okay?" By the 10th time he shook it- I was sure it was all broken but I didn't care!!! Your HAIR looks AMAZING! Can't believe I have longer hair than you for the first time in my life :)!!!! I love your bob!!! Can't wait for Stacy's hooter hider! She's ready to give birth any day!!!! Talk soon! Love, Joy

I totally agree, Jenna.

That is why amazon.com and I are great friends.

And why my husband is out finishing the shopping right now.:)

I absolutely LOVE your hair!
